Every EverScent order ships free within the contiguous United States. Orders typically ship within 2–3 business days. If an item is on back order, we'll reach out personally to let you know.
60-Day Diffuser Trial
Try EverScent in your home for 60 days. If your Smart Diffuser isn't the right fit, return it within 60 days of delivery for a full refund of the diffuser. The diffuser must be returned in good working condition with all original components (tube, nozzle, keys, mounting hardware, and power adapter).
Please note: the 60-day refund applies to the diffuser only. Fragrance bottles are non-refundable.
To start a return, email help@everscent.com with your order number and we'll guide you through the next steps. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of the diffuser arriving at our warehouse.
Designed as One System
The EverScent Smart Diffuser is engineered exclusively for our proprietary fragrance bottles, and our bottles are formulated to work only with the EverScent diffuser. This closed system ensures consistent performance, safe diffusion, and the premium scent quality you expect. Using non-EverScent fragrance oils will void your warranty.
1-Year Warranty
Your EverScent diffuser is backed by a 1-year manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. The warranty does not cover damage from improper use, unauthorized modification, or the use of fragrance oils not made by EverScent.
