About the Diffuser

How does EverScent work?

EverScent connects to your HVAC system's outflow duct. When your heating or cooling runs,
fragrance is carried through your home's airflow to every room—up to 5,000 square feet.

What tools do I need for installation?

You'll need a drill with metal drill bit and safety glasses. Depending on HVAC location, you
may also need a step ladder. Tools are not included.

How long does installation take?

Most customers complete installation in about 15 minutes.

Will it work with my HVAC system?

EverScent works with most standard forced-air HVAC systems, including central air,
furnaces, and heat pumps. If you're unsure, email us at help@everscent.com.

What if I don't have an outlet near my HVAC?

The diffuser requires a 110V outlet. If there isn't one near your HVAC outflow, you may need
to use an extension cord or have an electrician install an outlet.

How large of a space does it cover?

One EverScent unit covers up to 5,000 square feet per HVAC zone. Homes with multiple
HVAC zones may need multiple units.

Can I use the diffuser without connecting it to my HVAC?

Yes! The diffuser includes a standalone dome that allows you to use it as a traditional room
diffuser without HVAC connection.

About the Fragrances

How long does a bottle last?

Each 200mL bottle lasts 3–6 weeks depending on your intensity and frequency settings.

What if I don't like a scent I ordered?

We offer easy exchanges on unopened bottles. Contact help@everscent.com within 30 days
of delivery.

About Subscriptions

How does the subscription work?

Choose your scent(s) and delivery frequency (every 4, 6, or 8 weeks). You'll save up to 25%
off retail pricing, and you can swap scents, pause, or cancel anytime through your account.

Can I change my scent each delivery?

Yes! Log into your account before your next shipment to swap scents. You can also set up a rotation of favorites.

Is there a commitment?

No contracts, no commitments. Cancel anytime with one click.

Shipping & Returns

How much is shipping?

Shipping is free on all orders.

How long does shipping take?

Orders ship within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery is 5–7 business days.

What's your return policy?

We offer 30-day returns on unopened products. Defective items are replaced at no cost. Contact help@everscent.com for assistance.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we ship within the United States only. International shipping is coming soon.
