Let's Answer Your Questions
-
Our fragrances are crafted from a blend of natural essential oils and high-quality aroma materials, formulated specifically for whole-home diffusion through your HVAC system.
-
Our fragrances are made in the USA and are fully IFRA compliant, meaning they meet the International Fragrance Association's standards for safe use. They're formulated without phthalates or parabens, and they're vegan and cruelty-free.
Many fragrance materials — including some naturally present in essential oils — contain recognized allergens, and these are often unavoidable in quality scents. We keep them well within IFRA's safe-use limits and disclose them openly: every fragrance page includes a "View Fragrance Allergens" list so you always know what's in your scent.
-
You can buy any of our fragrances individually, or subscribe and save 20% on every bottle. With a subscription you choose your delivery schedule, and you can swap scents, adjust your cadence, pause, or cancel anytime.
-
It depends on how you use your diffuser. As a general guide, running it about 10 hours a day on a medium setting, a bottle lasts roughly 6 weeks. Use it less and it will last longer.
-
Yes — the diffuser comes with a 1-year warranty and a 60-day money-back guarantee, no questions asked.

The EverScent app walks you through installation step by step. In short: you locate the outflow ductwork of your HVAC system (the sheet-metal duct after the furnace and AC coils), then drill a ⅜" hole into that ductwork about 4 inches up from where the outflow ducting begins, and insert the delivery tube. For fragrance to circulate continuously throughout your home, set your HVAC fan to ON (not Auto).
Important: EverScent is not an HVAC company and we do not provide HVAC advice. The hole is drilled into the metal ductwork only — never into the furnace, AC coils, or any part of the HVAC equipment itself. If you're unsure where your ductwork begins or aren't comfortable installing it yourself, please contact a licensed local HVAC technician, who can do it for you in minutes.
-
Yes and no. EverScent works with virtually any central-air HVAC system — if you have access to your AC unit or furnace, you should be able to find the outflow ductwork to install it. It will not work with a mini-split system. EverScent can also be used as a stand-alone unit if needed.
For easy fragrance swaps, it works best in homes where you can comfortably reach the diffuser to change out your bottles — such as a utility closet, basement, or accessible attic space. If your system sits in a hard-to-reach spot, you can install the diffuser in an accessible area and run a delivery tube (up to 15 feet) to the ductwork. The tube that works with EverScent is ⅜" outer diameter with a ¼" inner diameter, and longer tubing in the 10–15 foot range is available from suppliers like EVCO House of Hose.
We want this to feel effortless, so choose the setup that fits your home best.

Our fragrances are formulated to IFRA standards and dispersed at very low concentrations throughout your home. That said, animals — birds especially — can be more sensitive to airborne fragrance than people are. We recommend introducing any new scent gradually, and consulting your veterinarian if you have a pet with respiratory sensitivities or a bird in the home.
